This page explains what the tasple.app website collects, why, and what happens to it. It covers this website only — not the Tasple app.
What we collect
Your email address, if you give it to us. The signup forms on this site ask for an email address so we can tell you when Tasple launches. The waitlist page also has an optional first name field. That is the only information you actively give us.
There is no account, no payment, and no profile.
What we don't do
- We set no cookies.
- We run no analytics and no tracking pixels — nothing that follows you between sites.
- We do not sell, rent, or share your address with anyone for marketing.
Who handles your address
When you sign up, your address is passed to Kit (kit.com, formerly ConvertKit), the email service that holds the list and sends the launch email. Kit processes it on our behalf under its own privacy terms.
Other services this site uses
Loading the page makes your browser contact a few third parties. Each one necessarily sees your IP address in order to answer the request:
- Vercel — hosts the site and keeps standard server logs
- Google Fonts — serves the typefaces
- unpkg — serves JavaScript libraries the page needs to render
None of them receive your email address.
Your browser also keeps one small value on your own device — a playback position for the animation on the homepage. It never leaves your device and identifies nothing about you.
Why we may hold your address
Our basis is your consent: you typed your address into a signup form, and Kit confirms it with a double opt-in email. You can withdraw that consent whenever you like.
How long we keep it
Until you unsubscribe, or until the waitlist is no longer needed. Every email carries an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing removes you from the list.
Your rights
You can ask to see the data we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted, and you can object to us holding it at all. Email support@tasple.app and we will act on it.
If you are in the UK or EU and believe we have handled your data poorly, you may also complain to your national data protection authority.
Changes
If this page changes in any material way, the date at the top changes with it.
